Monica Tripp

Hello and welcome to my website. I am so grateful and excited that you are here. This means that you have some curiosity about what a Customer Education Program can do for your business and/or you know you need it and need some help paving the way to gaining and retaining your customer base. 


My name is Monica Tripp and I am the CEO and creator of Digimonics, LLC. My desire to start and grow the Digital Marketing Agency stems from my two decades of experience building learning products and learning experiences (in all types of environments) from end to end and noticing how learning and development are easily dismissed when funds are lacking. When, in fact, learning and development is great revenue resource that most businesses have yet to tap into! I have worked in a variety of industries: Customer Service, Telemarketing, Higher Education, Workforce Development, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Energy. I am also a keen office administrator and data analytics connoisseur. I have earned two degrees in Behavioral Science and Instructional Design and Development. And I am a lifelong learner so I am always engaged in some type of learning experience. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, singing, reading, and vegging out to Psychological Thrillers, True Crime, Action Adventure, and Comedy television shows and/or movies. 


My passion is to reveal the lucrative advantage of expanding a businesses’ talent and development revenue stream. So much money is lost and/or left on the table because training and development efforts tend to take a back seat to business growth initiatives. When, in fact, and in my personal opinion, they should be the first conversation on the tables. When you customers no longer understand you, know what you offer, lag in building a relationship with you, and begin to court other offers of the same kind, then you are missing a strong relationship holding component which can be found and redeemed through a Customer Education Program.
